POLICIES

At Bare Roots, all appointments will require a credit card on file to book your appointment. This is to ensure that our cancellation and no-show policy is upheld, and plus if you forget your wallet, we’ve got you covered! We understand things happen, but as service providers, our time is very valuable, and it is not always simple for us to fill unexpected gaps in our schedule last minute. We know you will understand and support us!

Cancellation Policy – We ask that should you need to cancel/reschedule your appointment, that you do so 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time. Any cancellations/reschedules after 24 hours will result in a fee 50% of the price of your service booked.

No-Show Policy – Any and all no-shows will be charged full price of the service that was booked to ensure your stylist is compensated for the time booked out for you.
​
Walk-in Status – 3 or more no-shows/last minute cancellations will result in your booking appointment privileges being revoked and you will be put on a walk-in status, thus resulting in you only being able to call the day of or walk in and have a service done, should we have the time available.
​
Children – For the safety of your children and our staff, we ask that you do not bring your child to your appointment unless they also have an appointment. This allows us to focus on our work so we can give you the most relaxing experience possible and ensure your little one doesn’t get hurt by any of our equipment.
